    Behavioral Health Solutions is a team of mental health treatment professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and through SNF, Outpatient, and Telehealth. As we expand as a leading provider, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber of integrity.

    Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is now hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Denver, CO office. This role works directly with our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy division across multiple states.

    Job Type:

    • Full-Time, W-2 Employment (Monday-Friday)

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct administrative support to our Clinical Supervisor(s) for all SNF Therapy services.
    • Data entry into various systems.
    • Compiling data for analytical purposes and help creating reports as needed.
    • Maintaining lists, documents, and other data in either an electronic or printable form.
    • Assist in managing the therapist schedules for multiple states and update accordingly.
    • Manage the SNF therapy referrals and get patients assigned to available providers.
    • Conduct Quality Assurance audits of providers’ documentation in our EMR system.
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

    Requirements

    • Proven administrative assistant experience 2-4 years preferrable.
    • 2 years minimum experience in mental health administration preferred.
    • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid processes for behavioral health procedures.
    • Knowledge of behavioral/ medical terminology, therapy, pharmacology, and related procedures.
    • Ability to build relationships with providers, supervisors, and contracted facilities.
    • Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to follow-up and see projects through to completion.

    Pay:

    • $22.00-$25.00 hourly
