Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow referral networks.
• Conduct market analysis to create tailored marketing plans.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers.
• Represent the agency at community outreach events, showcasing our commitment to quality hospice care.
• Track and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
• Provide insights and recommendations for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: * Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• Experience: * Minimum of 1 year in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare Marketing (Tucson area experience is a plus).
• Skills: * Self-motivated and highly organized with creative and assertive marketing abilities. * Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and needs.
