    GoTab is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deployment Specialist and Installer to join our team. This role focuses on installing hardware in complex environments such as restaurants, food halls, entertainment venues, and retail spaces.     Key Responsibilities

    • Execute on-site hardware installations at customer locations, ensuring all components are set up and functioning properly in complex environments.
    • Understand and assess the technical environment of customer sites to formulate effective deployment solutions.
    • Identify, assemble, and configure the necessary hardware and software components, including point-of-sale systems, routers, printers, network equipment, and other peripherals.
    • Provide remote installation support to customers, guiding them through the setup process when on-site visits are not feasible.
    • Assist with logistics and fulfillment of hardware, ensuring timely delivery and setup at customer locations.
    • Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support as needed.
    • Travel regularly to various customer sites across the country, with occasional local travel required.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Basic understanding of IP networking (both wired and wireless).
    • Familiarity with common point-of-sale systems and related peripherals.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
    • A professional and presentable demeanor, as you will represent the company to our customers.
    • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
    • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with installing and configuring point-of-sale systems in the hospitality or retail industry.
    • Knowledge of networking equipment.
    • Previous experience in a technical installation or deployment role.
    • Willingness to travel: It is required (both local and national)
