    Job Description

    This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.

    This position is in support of a proposed repatriation initiative. The purpose of the facilities is to provide comprehensive care for migrant individuals who are awaiting reunification or repatriation. This care will begin as soon as each occupant arrives at the facility and will last until their arranged departure. The comprehensive care includes but is not limited to initial screening and exams, identifications of prior conditions and allergies, day to day care of routine, urgent and emergency medical conditions.

    International SOS is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Deputy Project Manager to assist in overseeing and coordinating projects aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery. This role involves managing resources efficiently and supporting the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. The Deputy Project Manager will work closely with medical staff and administrators to implement effective solutions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
    • Help allocate and manage resources—including personnel, budget, and materials—to ensure the successful execution of projects.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure projects align with organizational goals.
    • Monitor project progress, make adjustments to schedules as necessary, and support the timely completion of project milestones.
    • Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track.
    • Ensure that project outcomes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
    • Support the oversight of project budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within allocated funds while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes, to facilitate transparency and accountability.
    • Evaluate project performance, assist in conducting post-project reviews, and help implement lessons learned into future project management processes.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements/Certifications:

    • Minimum of Two (2) years' experience in project management or equivalent healthcare experience.

    Education Required:

    • Bachelor of Arts or Science in a relevant healthcare field of study.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
    • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
    • May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.

    Other Special Qualifications:

    • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate.
    • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
    • US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.
    • Current MRPT Clearance preferred.

    Additional Information

    Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

    Compensation Min: $75,000 Max: $150,000
