    Who You Are:

    Our team is focused on patient experience, working with one another to create a smooth and welcoming environment for our patients as possible. In addition to your teamwork, customer service, and communication skills, you’ll need to have:

    Derm Surgery experience would be ideal!

    Must have completed a Certified Medical Assistant program, or have equivalent experience. High School Degree or Equivalent.

    Valid CPR/BLS License.

    Ability to complete/pass a background check, 5-panel drug screen, and provide proof of employment eligibility and prior relevant references upon hire.

    What You’ll Do:

    As a clinical team member, you will be partnering with our providers and other clinical staff to assist in sterile techniques for our patients. A typical day will consist of:

    Rooming patients and updating employee medical records/charts with any pertinent information.

    Assisting our providers with surgical procedures, suture removal, and dressing changes.

    Maintaining a sterile environment before and after procedures, following clinic procedures.

    Educating patients on follow-up care, and answering questions or concerns within the scope of practice.

    Working collaboratively with internal staff, providers, and any vendors.

    Using electronic medical records systems and Microsoft programs regularly for various tasks.

    Other duties as assigned.
