    Desert Mountain Club, one of the top 20 and largest private country clubs in North America, is looking for a Concierge to join the Member Services team!

    In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing membership services by providing up-to-date information for on and offsite events and activities, making event and dining reservations, assisting with various member requests to include customized activities, and relaying calls to the appropriate department. Provide outstanding customer service and execute the Desert Mountain values and service standards in order to ensure that membership and guests receive a warm welcome, friendly service, and fond farewell. You will report directly to the Director of Member Services.

    The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly and professional with a passion for serving others and dedicated to delivering excellence. At least 2 years of customer service experience and a background in hotels, resorts or clubs is required. Notary Public Certification is required but this can be obtained upon hire. Prior experience with high-end clientele is preferred.

    JOB DETAILS

    Essential Duties:

    Greet members, guests, clients, and other visitors upon entering the clubhouse ensuring complete member satisfaction and exceptional service.

    Answer incoming calls in accordance to Desert Mountain Service Standards.

    Stay abreast and promote all upcoming events and activities at the Clubhouses and throughout the valley. Maintain most current copy of the “Master Event list” and spreadsheet of off-site scheduled activities.

    Upon special request, provide members with the preferred vendor rolodex listing. Ensure the list remains current and updated on the DM website and shared public drive.

    Make dinner reservations through "Net Caddy" for members dining at the Clubhouses or for local restaurants.

    Book all special event reservations through the DMC website Event Manager.

    Handle reservations for all activities and events that are “accepting reservations” on the member website. This includes horseback riding and events at The Ranch.

    Maintain “Lost and Found” for the membership.

    Coordinate transportation, "road trip" and hotel arrangements for members and guests upon request. This includes assistance with boarding passes for member travel as needed (i.e. copy, fax, scan, and print).

    Plan special activities and day trips for members and their guests upon request.

    Purchase tickets for the members for the theater, sports events, musicals, etc. through local broker or via Ticketmaster.

    Work with the Marketing & Communications Team to create flyers and 4-up cards to promote hours or operation and special events. Post these around the clubhouse, Dog Park, etc.

    Assist with the promotion and implementation of the member’s off-site activities program.

    Execute all member family guest passes and maintain the guest spreadsheet for billing, photos, etc.

    Assist with check-in's during special club activities.

    Build and maintain good relationships with local vendors (i.e. florists, limousine services, etc.).

    Conduct Clubhouse tours as needed.

    Assist members with their shipping needs via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.

    Notarize documents for members in accordance with State regulations.

    Inform Director of Member Services of all items needing attention to include concerns by members and guests.

    Support, collaborate, and assist the Club’s leadership team.

    Work closely with and constantly communicate with the Director of Member Services and other departments to ensure a coordinated effort aimed at providing the best possible experience for all Club members and guests.

    Order paper and supplies as needed.

    Update Social Club calendar to ensure communication of club activities to the other departments.

    Cover Caretaker's Cottage shifts during vacation times and special requests.

    Attend departmental meetings and off-premise Concierge events as scheduled.

    Other duties as assigned by management.
