We are creating a new role in our store. This position will be full time, in person. This position will support our Kitchen & Bath Designer and the Outside Sales Representative with their in store, administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, customer service focused, and work well in a team enviornment. Their duties will include:
Customer Service: Assist new and existing customers in the show room as they make product selections and answer questions. Research product information and make recommendations.
Data Entry: Enter estimates and orders into our internal sales program. Use vendor software and portals to enter orders.
Coordinating with other departments: Work with marketing, research, design, and financing to optimize sales.
Preparing sales materials: Creating and updating sales presentations, brochures, and posters.
Handling customer inquiries: Answering questions about accounts or products, responding to concerns, make recommendations.
Analyzing data: Analyzing customer shopping data to identify potential customers and optimize sales efforts.
Showroom maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, neatness and organization.
