• Accurately and efficiently selects correct merchandise to fill customer orders.
• Use RF scan guns to verify and check on locations and to enter data.
• Completes paperwork as necessary.
• Picks, packs and ships efficiently.
• Maintains clean work areas.
• Follows company safety policies and procedures.
• Informs distribution leadership of safety hazards or problem situations.
• Keeps up with required metrics for departments assigned to work.
• Support other job assignments as needed for box making, re-work, returns, stock or as directed by Distribution leadership.
• Participates in morning meetings with employees to go over assigned work for the shift.
• Assign zones for employees. Ensures proper rotation of employees through the day.
• Ensure boxes are filled on the pick lines to ensure warehouse associates are making the rate for their scheduled shift.
• Check in during the day on transfer tables to ensure work flow is good.
• Monitor reports on plans. Ensures cancel dates and needs for missing parcels to be completed.
• Attend meetings to update Distribution leaders throughout shift on progress, concerns and work load.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Must have ability to be positive and work with multiple employees in a positive manner.
• Must be able to train employees on processes and procedures.
• Must have legible handwriting.
• Understand and worked on metrics based performance.
• Preferred RF scan gun experience.
• Ability to motivate a team to meet metrics.
• Ability to lift between 35-50lbs as needed.
• Able to stand on cement floors for long periods of time.
• Ability to climb stairs.
• 2+ years in Order Picking or Warehouse Associate positions.
