Residential In-Home Sales Representative
Benefits & Compensation
Commission Structure:
5%-15% of sales
Additional 1%-3% commission on self-generated leads
Bonuses:
Up to $7,500 monthly performance-based bonuses

Base Compensation:
$4,167/month “Forgivable Draw” for the first three months

Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home sales consultations using a proven sales process tailored to clients’ needs and budgets.
Prepare and present kitchen and bathroom designs using 20/20 Design or similar software.
Maintain client communication throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and create raving fans.
Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions as required.
Requirements:
Proven in-home sales experience with a strong track record of revenue generation.
Positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
Growth-oriented with a desire for long-term success.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
Schedule:
Office day: Mondays
Consultations: Tuesday-Friday (11am, 2pm, and/or 5pm) and two Saturdays per month (10am and/or 1pm)
One evening consultation per week
