Bloom Talent Solutions has been engaged by a fast-growing Residential and Commercial Landscape company in the Burlington, VT market to recruit and hire a customer-facing Design/Sales Professional to join their landscape team.

The Role:
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients, manage accounts, and create estimates tailored to their needs.
- Project Design & Management: Conduct pre-design site visits, prepare design development drawings, and oversee projects from concept to completion.
- Proposal & Contract Development: Create and coordinate contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, create budget-based landscape plans, and present proposals to clients.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement the latest landscape techniques, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure all work meets high-quality standards.
What You Bring:
- Landscape Design Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape design/build with strong knowledge of plant materials suitable for Vermont’s climate.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, Dynascape, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage clients and team members effectively.
- Project Management Experience: Ability to prioritize projects, adhere to budget guidelines, and oversee designs from concept to execution.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions for clients.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with grading, drainage, permitting requirements, and construction best practices.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to client sites.
