    Position Overview

    Kitchen Tune-Up, in South Arlington, TX, is seeking a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative for incoming prospects and leads. This position works with professionalism and consistency to design spaces for our remodeling and home renovation clients.

    Responsibilities

    Registers prospects in lead tracking system / CRM.

    Generate leads by working network contacts and social media.

    Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.

    Gathers the information necessary to assist in creating a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.

    Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.

    Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.

    Prepares cabinet design and drawings using computer software (training provided).

    Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.

    Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.

    Performs Customer project check-ins and final walk thru on completion.
