We are looking for a creative brand champion and designer to drive the production of corporate, brand, and sales marketing materials with a portfolio that demonstrates you know how to up-level our visual storytelling.

    The ideal candidate will have an interest in/understanding of the marketing and advertising technology landscape, a passion for producing high quality creative, and have 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative design and production, including some web design and video editing. The role will provide support for corporate branding, sales marketing collateral, and some product marketing as we continue to refine our visual identity, creative process and production capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Collaborate with the Marketing lead, sales team and subject matter experts at Consumable to develop and execute creative campaigns and marketing materials.

    • Brand and Corporate Marketing:
      • Design and produce a range of corporate/brand marketing materials, including templates, graphics, information visualization, one-sheets and guides/reports.
      • Own the Consumable brand guidelines and ensure consistent application of brand identity and design elements across all Consumable touchpoints.
      • Support Consumable social media activity and content with graphics for social channels, including Corporate page and executive/employee social content.
      • Support the Consumable website creative design and content in Wordpress, including periodic updates to copy, creative assets, and landing pages.
    • Creative across Consumable:
      • Stay abreast of industry trends and follow competitor creative in marketing and advertising, bringing fresh ideas to Consumable materials.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite and relevant marketing creative support platforms.
      • Manage creative and design projects and timelines, keeping marketing lead, operations, and SMEs informed on status and delivery.
      • Suggest new ways to enhance and develop Consumable's creative production standards and processes, including the use of creative-support AI tools as appropriate.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that marketing initiatives meet Consumable needs and timing.
    • Sales Marketing Collaboration:
      • Work independently with sales team leads and members to develop and provide creative support for sales collateral, pitches, and presentations - slide design, visualizations, formatting and consistent application of branding and templates.
      • Support sales org and account teams in production of onboarding and education materials for prospects and customers, email templates and client-branded materials.
      • Support product marketing needs by designing and producing product-focused collateral, customized product demos and mockups that showcase product experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative design skills
    • 3+ years of proven experience in design for marketing and advertising either in-house or in agency roles
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
    • Strong experience designing for the web, editing and designing in Wordpress and Wordpress plugins.
    • Experience with video editing, and proficiency with video editing software
    • Impeccable attention to detail and high standards for quality design
    • Passion for creativity, and a desire to drive innovation in the marketing industry
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, project management of design work
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
