Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Designer/Developer, e-Learning to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days/week onsite.

What you'll do:

• Promote blended learning solutions and the use of innovative technology and tools to meet business goals of developing a high-performing workforce.
• Produces web-enabled e-learning, traditional educational materials, or a blended solution using leading-edge technology
• Use advanced technologies to design/develop/deploy e-learning solutions via web applications.
  
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and planning abilities.
• Able to handle multiple projects independently or in teams.
• Familiar with needs assessment and basic statistical reporting.
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of media production and various communication methods.
• Knowledge of eLearning application tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Adobe eLearning Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Question mark, Captivate, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or related tools.
