Job Description
You are a designer with a strong design aesthetic, who values the importance of hierarchy, attention to detail and can apply these while adhering to our clients’ brand guidelines. You’re comfortable working across all media channels—digital and non-digital and have experience with video editing and creating motion graphics. You are someone who wants to be a part of a team that collaborates, inspires and creates with passion and enthusiasm—with each role serving a great purpose.
DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design for a wide range of client deliverables in accordance with client requests, including print, out-of-home, websites, social, etc.
- Collaborate with other designers, art directors, creative director, copywriters, developers, project managers, clients and account teams.
- Design using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (special focus on Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) with a particular focus on visual communication.
- Utilizing brand guidelines and other assets provided by the client, ensure that branding is accurately represented in all deliverables.
- Design or help design career sites including learning how to design for third-party/partner templated sites.
- Design and contribute assets to support a larger client project or campaign.
- Be able or willing to learn how to ideate and present concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with project managers to help prioritize and hit deadlines with quality work.
MOTION GRAPHIC & VIDEO RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Edit live-action videos from existing assets.
- Concept and create motion graphics in various styles.
- Collaborate with design and social media team members to create videos and animated gifs that meet the needs of the project and match the aesthetic of our client’s brands.
- As needed, storyboard and concept for video projects.
