    Job Description

    As a Designer, you will work alongside a cross-disciplined team members, including creative, marketing, strategy, and development experts. Together, we work to create stunning, interconnected products using cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights. On any given day, our designers will find themselves working on anything from integrated marketing campaigns to websites, mobile apps, storyboards, social campaigns and much more.

    This position offers a ton of opportunity for personal growth and high-level work across a variety of top-notch clients and industries — including media and entertainment, spirits, finance, sports, and cultural institutions — while working with a brilliant, close-knit team in a fast, highly-collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with creative team to help move projects from vision to execution to launch
    • Design various digital products including responsive websites and mobile applications
    • Create assets, icons, infographics, and other creative for client and new business work
    • Support projects with creative research and moodboards that answer a client brief
    • Brainstorm creative concepts with the team, developing original design concepts that demonstrate ideas
    • Leveraging a creative or account brief, create unique mood boards and look & feel explorations for websites or digital channels
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of website deliverables
    • Support the visual creation of internal Ready Set Rocket assets for all presentations, decks, collateral and website assets
    • Learn the end-to-end process of various creative deliverables and the associated tools involved
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years of web, design and interactive experience
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, digital or visual communications, or a related field from an accredited university
    • A strong portfolio of work demonstrating a range of digital experience, with an emphasis on responsive web, user-centered digital products, 360 campaigns and social media
    • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for typography, color, and composition
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator & Photoshop), Sketch, Google Apps, and an interest in learning new software tools
    • Experience with Zeplin and Principle (or other prototyping tools) - a plus
    • Social media savvy and aware of digital trends
    • High energy, self-motivated team player with a great attitude and sense of humor who can work with grace under pressure
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate visual design concepts effectively both written and verbally
    • Experience creating simple animations and GIFs - a plus
    • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our NYC office

    • Salary range is between $80,000-90,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus

    Office Workplace Guidelines
