    Your daily impact:

    • Develop and lead the creation of complex architectural, structural, and mechanical engineering designs, including advanced structural steel detailing, reinforced concrete structures, intricate pipe networks, and sophisticated water and wastewater equipment systems using Revit.
    • Coordinate with engineers and senior designers to ensure accuracy and effectively integrate feedback into comprehensive design plans.
    • Prepare detailed design plans and schedules from conceptual sketches and criteria, ensuring all designs adhere to company, client-specific, and industry standards.
    • Assist in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of complex design tasks.
    • Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress and present solutions, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive design integration.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and communication.
    • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance your design capabilities and contribute to project success.

    What you bring to the table:

    • Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Design, related discipline, or equivalent civil-specific experience.
    • 5-10 years of experience using Revit in structural and mechanical design, demonstrating proficiency in complex design elements and integrations. Experience with MicroStation is a plus.
    • Knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, site, and environmental design practices.
    • Ability to develop and coordinate comprehensive design plans while ensuring alignment with project requirements.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proactive in learning new techniques and approaches, focusing on continuous improvement in design practices.
