This includes maintaining a strong pulse on design and cultural trends, and analyzing how brands shape their presence in innovative and disruptive ways. The role requires deep insight mining to position brands at the forefront of business, staying closely connected to the evolving design landscape that influences culture.

The ability to align diverse stakeholders around a design vision and drive organizational transformation. This involves incorporating new forms of inspiration into our process, developing compelling presentations, workshop methodologies, and change management strategies to foster belief in brand ideas and ensure their successful implementation across complex organizations.

Salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.

This job is based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, though the right candidate can be based remotely, with the expectation of company core week travel (quarterly) and likely client travel 1-3 times per quarter. For those based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, we are a hybrid workplace, with Tuesday-Thursday as days in office.
