We are currently seeking a dedicated Despatch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the packing of goods to ensure they are correctly and adequately protected. They will also be responsible for ensuring that goods are packed productively and according to schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the packing of goods to ensure they are correctly and adequately protected
• Ensure goods are packed productively and according to schedule
• Organize the factory layout to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Manage goods in, goods out, and materials inventory
• Oversee the despatch team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the despatch area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in despatch management or a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of packing techniques and materials handling
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
