About us PMI Scenic City is a full service property management company based in Chattanooga TN. We manage multiple short term and long term rental properties throughout Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. What we’re searching for:

The perfect candidate for us will be a responsible and experienced house cleaner. Experience working with short-term rental properties is preferred, but not required. Candidates need to be extremely detail oriented and unafraid to go the extra mile to ensure the guests have a great vacation stay. If you’re the type of person who walks by a mostly clean window or a stainless steel fridge and asks yourself “Is that a smudge?!” then this is the job for you. Whoever takes this job will need to be attentive and open to communication and feedback in order to help maintain PMI Scenic City standards. A full background check is required for this position.

Responsibilities include:

Thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, etc.

Dusting of all surfaces including ceiling fans, light fixtures and door frames

Cleaning glass doors and windows

Streak free mirrors, stainless steel and stovetops

Clean cabinet faces

Thorough general residential cleaning

Laundry (linens and towels) either on site or in office

Making of beds and inspecting / setting out towels

Learning and utilizing the software system Breezeway

Delivering linens and supplies to properties as needed

Schedule:

Monday to Saturday flexible

Sundays required

10-40 hours per week flexible
