We are a deliberate mentorship program looking for hungry, teachable apprentices to join our team. This 45-week in-person junior developer apprenticeship program is on the National Registry for the Department of Labor. Those who complete it will receive 3 mini certifications in addition to a Full-Stack Web Development Certificate. Apprentices will work in an agile environment on real-world projects with senior-level mentors, entrepreneurs, and accomplished professionals who together have built and sold over $1 billion in tech companies while training and mentoring hundreds of developers in Utah. The first assessment period is a 15 week, Part-Time, unpaid training internship. Once apprentices graduate from the internship, they become Dev Pipeline employees in roles such as QA (Quality Assurance), Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer, Junior Developer, etc. The next phase is a 30 week, paid, Full-Time employment opportunity. After the final 30 weeks, graduates will be assisted with interview skills and job placement with local supporting employer partners, with an average starting salary for a Full-Stack Web Developer around $50,000-$60,000/year. Some graduates may be offered to stay on full-time in a role within Dev Pipeline. Submit your application that will consist of a resume with a cover letter or letter of introduction to info@devpipeline.com Applications are due by August 18, 2021.
