  • Responsibilities

    The DevOps / Release Management Analyst is responsible for designing and developing proprietary and customizable vendor software solutions to ensure the seamless operation of technology systems at ICE/NYSE. This role will contribute to maintaining the quality and integrity of the technology infrastructure, monitor processes and procedures, and develop innovative automation solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to comprehend business and functional requirements.
    • Develop automation scripts, requirements, and deliverables for Development, QA, and Production environments.
    • Support the Release Management Manager in organizing work and training sessions for new technologies.
    • Analyze complex problems, considering various factors and technologies.
    • Assess user, functional, and technical requirements.
    • Provide administrative support for internal tools.
    • Develop automation solutions aligned with web-based methodologies.
    • Independently manage assigned projects.
    • Effectively collaborate within a team environment.
    • Demonstrate strong communication, flexibility, and transparency.
    • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum one year of experience in technology.
    • Proficiency in Unix/Linux, Windows, PHP, ASP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL, relational data design, Ajax, data structures, and ksh scripting.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Understanding of database schemas and proficiency in SQL and web development.
    • Knowledge of software version control and release management.
    • Experience leading projects with a duration of at least one month.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
