  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with internal and external teams to understand business and functional requirements to develop automation, requirements and deliverables for Development, QA, and Production environments
    • Supports the RM Manager by participating in meetings and helping organize work and/or training sessions around new products being introduced
    • Works on problems of moderate to advanced scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and a wide command of various technologies and integrated components
    • Analyzes and assesses user, functional, and technical requirements
    • Support multiple internal tools on an administrative level to our user community
    • Develop new solutions for automation that operate within our web-based solution methodology
    • Work independently on projects assigned.
    • Interact within a team structure and often on an ad hoc basis and multiple activities.
    • A high level of transparency, communication, and flexibility is required
    • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned - some travel may be required

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent technical or trade business professional work experience is required
    • Minimum one of experience in technology
    • Must have proficient knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows, PHP, ASP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, SQL, relational data design theory, Ajax methodology, data structures, ksh scripting
    • Requires strong problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills to drive solutions to completion
    • Must have an understanding of database schemas and must be proficient in SQL and web development.
    • Demonstrates working knowledge of software version control and release management required
    • Demonstrates experience in leading projects with a timeframe of at least one month
    • Requires theoretical and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability in planning and operations in complicated projects with dozens of dependent variables
    • The incumbent must be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently within a team environment
