Who We’re Looking For** :

A mid-level creative executive with an instinct for new IP and a deep understanding of digital-native storytelling—especially in anime, animation, and family content. You’ll have a strong pulse on what’s emerging from YouTube and digital-first creators, with the ability to identify the next big thing before the industry catches on.

What You’ll Do :

• Source & Develop high-potential IP primarily born on YouTube, with a focus on anime, animation, and family entertainment.
• Oversee Development across film, TV, and YouTube channels, helping shape new franchises from concept to execution.
• Work with Creators to translate digital-native storytelling into scalable, cross-platform entertainment.
• Think Big, Move Fast—help drive Invisible Narratives as we disrupt Hollywood’s outdated development model.
