    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Development Support Assistant to provide critical support to our client’s nonprofit team. This part-time role is perfect for someone with strong data management skills and an interest in supporting nonprofit operations. The position requires on-site work three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing donor relations and supporting a nonprofit's development efforts.

    Role Overview:

    As a Development Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Development Manager and Donor Relations team in managing relationships with donors, prospects, and professionals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining donor and prospect data, assisting with donor campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of the nonprofit. You will gain invaluable professional experience in nonprofit operations, including managing campaigns in HubSpot and coordinating communication efforts with various stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and manage donor and prospect data in HubSpot

    • Assist with donor campaigns and outreach efforts

    • Communicate with donors, prospects, and other professionals via phone, email, and in person

    • Provide administrative support to the Development Manager

    • Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks with advanced Microsoft Excel

    • Handle general office duties as needed

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong data entry and data management skills

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting capabilities

    • Ability to work with different systems, especially HubSpot

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

    • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person communication)

    • Basic office duties and administrative tasks as needed
