Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations for developmental testing, ensuring detailed documentation and clear communication of results to clients, families, and relevant agencies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all clients undergoing developmental testing. • Provide feedback on assessment outcomes and recommendations to clients, the treatment team, and families, fostering a collaborative approach to care for developmental testing clients. Qualifications: • A Doctoral degree in Psychology. • Active California State license as a clinical psychologist. • Certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR. • At least 2 years of experience in conducting psychological assessments. • Endorsed by CA as an Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (preferred). Essential Skills: • Proficient knowledge of various psychological assessment tools and understanding of developmental and neuro-developmental disorders. • Demonstrated ability to connect with clients, offering empathetic and effective care. • Strong communication skills, capable of crafting detailed psychological reports and conveying findings to clients and their support systems. • Proven track record of managing psychological assessment referrals and delivering reports promptly. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, meeting goals and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced clinical setting. • Versatile multitasking abilities, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail. • Professional and supportive interaction skills with diverse populations. • Competence in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and efficient typing skills.
