Are you passionate about providing compassionate care and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities? Gatesway Foundation is looking for dedicated Developmentally Disabled Care Aides (DDCAs) to join our team and help create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for our residents.

Available Shifts:

Weekday Shifts: 8 AM – 4 PM | 4 PM – 12 AM | 12 AM – 8 AM

Weekend Shifts: Same as above

Weekend Doubles: Earn extra with Baylor Pay!

What We’re Looking For:

DDCA certification (Oklahoma)

First Aid / CPR / AED certifications

Valid driver’s license & car insurance

Clean background check & no history of client abuse/neglect
