As a Hubspot DevOps Engineer at Legal Intake Pros, you'll drive our operations' technical infrastructure. To help us build functional systems that improve the customer experience, we’re looking for a DevOps engineer responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering, be familiar with Ruby or Python, and work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended. The DevOps engineer will also help plan projects and be involved in project management decisions. Your primary mission will be implementing and maintaining tools like HubSpot and Front CRM while optimizing automation and system integrations. This remote role targets Colombia’s vibrant tech talent pool. Responsibilities: HubSpot & Front CRM Expertise • Lead HubSpot and Front CRM implementations • Build Workflows in Hubspot and Arrows • Customize platforms to meet business needs and improve data flow Automation & Integrations in Hubspot • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes • Develop custom integrations and webhooks with tools like PipeDream • Automate workflows to enhance efficiency Development & Technical Support in Hubspot • Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure • Provide ongoing technical support for systems and integrations • Optimize project management tools like ClickUp • Working with software developers, project managers, and engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended • Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes Collaboration • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals • Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to developers Qualifications: • Proficiency in HubSpot • Knowledge of Front CRM is a plus • Experience with integration platforms (PipeDream, Retool) • Knowledge of webhooks, APIs, and automation tools • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
