JOB DESCRIPTION
THE TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (RECRUITER) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING CRITICAL ACTIVITIES:
WORK WITH SENIOR COMPANY MANAGEMENT TO DETERMINE WHAT POSITIONS ARE NEEDED IN THE PHARMACY AND IN CORPORATE OPERATIONS TO SUPPORT THE ANTICIPATED BUSINESS GROWTH
WORK WITH PHARMACY SCHOOLS TO IDENTIFY PHARMACIST AND PHARMACY TECH CANDIDATES
WORK WITH STAFFING AGENCIES AS NEEDED TO IDENTIFY CANDIDATES
OBTAIN/DEVELOP LISTS IF APPROPRIATE, TO IDENTIFY CANDIDATES
WORK WITH THE APPROPRIATE STAFF TO FINALIZE JOB DESCRIPTIONS (IF NEW ONES NEED TO BE CREATED)
POST AND MAINTAIN JOB DESCRIPTIONS ON SELECTED WEB SITES (E.G., INDEED, ZIP RECRUITER, OTHER)
CONTACT/SEEK OUT CANDIDATES AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO APPLY FOR THE OPEN POSITIONS
SCREEN RESUMES AND CONDUCT INITIAL PHONE INTERVIEWS
WORKS WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT AS NEEDED TO REVIEW QUALIFIED CANDIDATES AND SCHEDULE ON-SITE INTERVIEWS
COMPILE RESULTS OF ONSITE INTERVIEWS AND DETERMINE IF OFFER IS TO BE EXTENDED
HANDLE ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE CANDIDATE
COMPLETE HIRING PAPERWORK
WORK WITH PERSONALRX TEAM TO COMPLETE ALL STEPS IN THE HIRING SOP, COMPLETE CHECKLIST AND PROVIDE STATUS TO MANAGEMENT
REPORT HIRING ACTIVITIES, METRICS AND STATUS BY POSITION TO COMPANY MANAGEMENT WEEKLY AND ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS
EXPERIENCE
2 TO 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE HIRING STAFF (PHARMACY/HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY PREFERRED BUT OPTIONAL)
CALLING EMPLOYEES AT THEIR CURRENT POSITION TO SEE IF THEY ARE INTERESTED IN A NEW AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITY AND READY FOR A CHANGE
RESEARCHING CURRENT MARKETS AND DEVELOPING A LIST OF JOB CANDIDATES.
CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND A CANDIDATE'S QUALIFICATIONS AND MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS TO COMPANY MANAGEMENT
COMPENSATION
SALARY $60,000 TO $70,000
BONUS AND STOCK OPTIONS (FOR HIGH PERFORMERS)

PersonalRX is a home delivery pharmacy that provides the much needed personal attention that other pharmacies simply don’t provide. Our target market is the 41MM Americans who take 5 or more medications. We believe that these patients are entitled to better pharmacy services by receiving our high-touch, no additional cost approach. We are also a fast growing small company who just raised significant capital. We are using this new capital to increase our patient base, to invest in our pharmacy systems, and most importantly, to hire pharmacy personnel who are highly motivated to grow with us. Specifically we are looking for several well qualified pharmacy technicians who are licensed in NJ. We also prefer our techs to have a national license
