    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Utilize established contacts and networks to stay engaged in the energy and industrial markets and generate opportunities for the company.
    • Stay on the forefront of market trends to help position the company for future success.
    • Integrate with existing customers to further develop relationships.
    • Maintains marketing database including its development and all needed updates including contact information, pertinent dates of company interaction, upcoming projects and status, etc.
    • Tracks all applicable marketing costs including field representative expenses, cost per client, and develops marketing budget based on cost history, industry standards, and needs of organization
    • Serves as company point person for all email and correspondence for notification of project leads including their follow-up and direction to appropriate Estimator/Project Manager.
    • Company contact coordinating necessary meetings, events, tradeshows, and travel arrangements for marketing representatives and clients / owners as well as the tracking of all necessary communications
    • Works with Marketing Manager to update and manage marketing materials including company websites, brochures, newsletters, etc.
    • Develops owner feedback surveys gathering necessary client / customer information following project closeout
    • Handles preparation of business development / sales activity reports and regularly communicates information to executive management.
    • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image that reflects reputation and values throughout all promotional / sales materials, and events.
    • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote business development

    Do you have what it takes?

    • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of three to five years related experience.

    • Established network in energy and industrial markets

    • Preferred construction background

    • Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles. Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.

    • Demonstrates the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.

    • Located in Northeast Ohio or willing to travel/relocate

    • Willingness to travel
