    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    We are seeking a CENTER MANAGER to join our team! Under general direction, the Center Manager plans, organizes, directs and manages the operation of Diagnostic Imaging Center; recommends, develops, implements and evaluates goals, objectives, policies, and procedures related to diagnostic imaging; provides staff support to higher level management; and selects, trains and supervises subordinate clinical and clerical staff. This position ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of the centers daily functions.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    · Manage, monitor and train both administrative and clinical personnel at the center.

    · Oversees daily operations of the center; to include working with administrative team, technologists and Radiologist after hours to patient delays.

    · Monitors and analyzes performance reports; summarizing data trends.

    · Collaborates with Clinical Management staff and other department managers to ensure patient scheduling and modality preparations are upheld to the stringent DCA standards.

    · Effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.

    · Works hands on to ensure all patients are seen in a timely manner.

    · Train, implement and ascertain compliance of staff with company’s daily processes.

    · Performance evaluations, to include quarterly check-ins and annual review.

    · Manages and approves administrative and clinical staff, time and attendance requests in a timely manner and time sheet approval submissions bi-weekly.

    · Maintain daily/monthly employee schedules.

    · Responsible in conjunction with the marketing department to maintain exceptional relationships with physicians within our community.

    · Assist with the continued education of prospective patients, physicians, organizations and referral sources about DCA’s services.

    · Assist in the continual development of DCA’s systems and processes.

    · Develops and oversees business systems and works with IT department to ensure timely and accurate implantation.

    · Develops and implements new procedures to improve the quality and quantity of work processes, ensure polices are communicated and administered consistently.

    · It is the responsibility of the Manager to uphold the DCA Core Values, by building unity within our Extreme Team, strengthen work ethics to ensure that all staff have Integrity² and providing Legendary Service through our passion for excellence, and assisting management with innovative solutions.

    · Manages expenditures to meet the annual budget.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    Education:

    Minimum of a High School Diploma, Associates or Bachelor degree in related field preferred.

    Experience:

    Minimum of five (5) years of related experience, in the healthcare field, with a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.

    Specialized knowledge:

    · Knowledge of the Diagnostic Imaging field, preferred

    · Knowledge of Medical Terminology, and office procedures

    · Knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures and process.

    · Knowledge of computer programs, spreadsheets and applications

    Skills & Abilities:

    · Excellent Communication skills, both written and spoken.

    · Excellent in Conflict Resolution to include recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors.

    · Exceptional People skills, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, patients, organizations and the public.

    · Exceptional Organization skills and be detail oriented

    · Ability to process patients and public inquiries and respond with poise and efficiency.

    · Ability to conceptualize work flow, develop plans and implement appropriate actions.

    · Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

    · Bi-lingual a plus
