Job Requirements
Experience using diagnostic software, including but not limited to: Cummins Insite, DDDL, and Allison DOC.
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
Flexible schedule, including potential weekend and holiday shifts.
EPA 609 AC certification preferred but not required.
5+ years motorcoach experience required
Essential Job Functions
Read and comprehend safety rules, repair manuals, and mechanical diagrams.
Interpret and execute instructions in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Access and service any component of the vehicle in various positions.
Calibrate, monitor, and utilize test equipment and inspect vehicle components.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Inspect, repair, or replace minor electrical components such as bulbs, lenses, and lights.
Inspect, repair, or replace suspension components, brakes, air systems, and transmissions.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
Perform body repairs, including side covers, bumpers, mirrors, door adjustments, and bathroom components.
Complete minor repairs as requested in Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) promptly.
Work with multiplex electrical systems.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, multitask, and take initiative.
Exhibit a positive attitude, safety awareness, and self-motivation.
Maintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
