Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy trucks and related equipment.
- Perform repairs on vehicle engines, transmissions, steering systems, brakes, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and performance of vehicles and equipment.
- Replace or repair parts and components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Complete accurate documentation for all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic. (Required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, standing, and walking for extended periods. (Required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with DOT compliance and safety standards is a plus.
- DOT Medical Card. (Preferred)

Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Weekend shifts as needed.
Experience:
- Diesel Mechanic: Minimum 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). (Required)
- DOT Medical Card. (Preferred)
Salary info:
$26 - $33 / hr
