Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our food service team. In this role, you will assist in preparing and delivering nutritious meals to residents while ensuring a clean and efficient dining environment. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about nutrition and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and residents' dietary needs.
- Set up dining areas and ensure food is served in a timely and appealing manner.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dining areas, and service areas in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Help with inventory management, including maintaining proper stock levels of food and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, dietary manager, and residents regarding meal preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Assist with special dietary needs and preferences, documenting any changes as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and compliance.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a dietary or food service role is a plus, but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to dietary guidelines.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed.
