DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Digineox is a highly selective boutique management consultancy that specializes in digital transformation. We are a management consulting startup that is doing things differently - this is an opportunity to work with experienced practitioners and be part of an exciting journey in a high growth industry segment.

We are currently hiring for the Consultant and/or Manager level.

These roles will support ongoing digital transformation programs in operations and finance. You will work in small agile teams and will wear many hats including that of a business analyst, product manager, user experience designer, project manager, and will help program success by supporting enablement and organization change management. Successful candidates have expertise in one or many domains, yet they experience the full project lifecycle.

Your work will include rethinking business processes, gathering user requirements for a new digital application, running user design workshops, writing user stories, serving as the primary project manager, creating executive update presentations, supporting pilot launches, and providing change management support. Other activities may include:

• Facilitate sessions with all relevant stakeholders to drive clarity on requirements and solutions
• Work closely with client stakeholders and users to understand business processes and define business, functional and non-functional requirements specifications
• Translate business requirements into concise, feasible, and verifiable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Own the product backlog, support sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming, demos and retros
• Improve systems or process by studying current practices (as-is), identifying process improvements, and designing modifications (to-be)
• Design and document user workflows to meet product requirements
• Prepare end-user documentation, release notes, and conduct internal and external training

Many of our client projects are in the energy (power, oil, gas & chemicals) and manufacturing space. This includes upstream, midstream, pipeline, downstream, manufacturing operations, plant maintenance, quality health safety and environment management (QHSE). Our projects include work in plant operations, field operations, connected worker, shipping, logistics, sales (OTC O2C order to cash), back office (R2R report to record, FP&A finance planning & analysis, AR account receivable, AP accounts payable), procurement (S2P source to pay, P2P procure to pay), warehouse management, vendor management, logistics and supply chain.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2+ years experience working in management consulting or similar roles in tech or industry
• Working knowledge and experience with software development / Agile is preferred
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies (nice to have)
• MUST HAVE strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

Bachelors or master’s degree in information systems, engineering or other STEM field and related majors are encouraged to apply. For senior roles, candidates with MBA degrees are preferred.
