Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective. • Create engaging content, including videos, social media posts, graphics, and email campaigns, aligned with our brand and voice. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results. • Collaborate with our leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. • Manage our website and SEO efforts to enhance online visibility and lead generation. • Handle social media community management by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries. What We're Looking For: • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms. • Strong creative skills for content creation, including video production and graphic design. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus but not required. Qualifications: • Proven Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. • Technical Skills : Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Later), and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Content Creation Ability : Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, tailored for different platforms. • Analytical Mindset : Experience analyzing marketing data, running A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs and drive results. • Adaptability and Creativity : A track record of staying ahead of trends, bringing fresh ideas, and thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Compensation: $20-$30 hourly
