To amplify our message, we need a Digital Ads Manager who thrives on the challenge of optimizing digital campaigns to drive growth and ROI. This will be mostly a remote position with certain opportunities requiring an in-person presence. Responsibilities: • PPC Management: Create, manage, and optimize Pay-Per-Click campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media. • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Design and execute strategies that enhance paid search performance, maximize budget efficiency, and increase conversions. • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Lead on-page and off-page optimization efforts to improve rankings and organic traffic. • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations. • A/B Testing: Continuously experiment to refine ad copy, landing pages, and strategies to boost click-through and conversion rates. • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align ad campaigns with overall branding and business goals. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital advertising, specifically PPC, SEM, and SEO roles. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver measurable ROI and meet/exceed KPIs. • Strategic Thinker: Adept at developing and executing high-impact campaigns. • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 yearly
