    Medaltus, a dynamic company in the skincare space, is looking for a mid-level Digital Advertising Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires both strategic and hands-on expertise across multiple digital platforms. You'll be managing advertising across a portfolio of brands and marketplaces, so strong organizational and project management skills will be essential to your success in this role. This position reports to the Brand Manager.

    Location: Summerville, SC (In-office preferred, remote possible for the right candidate)

    Responsibilities include:

    • Develop and execute ad strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Google Ads, Google Shopping, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
    • Drive campaigns end-to-end, focusing on SEO, PPC, analytics, and creative ad design to maximize engagement and conversion.
    • Meet key performance metrics such as revenue growth, conversion, ACOS, and ROAS.
    • Collaborate on budget allocation and ensure ad spend is optimized for returns.
    • Report on performance and insights using Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with expertise in SEO, PPC, and analytics.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and major advertising platforms.
    • Strong creative and analytical skills to develop effective ad content and measure impact.
    • Industry experience in health, beauty, or skincare is a plus.

    Stuff you should know:

    • This is a full-time position, expecting 5 days/week upon hire (Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm).
