Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for driving results and achieving exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to work independently, effectively managing their time and resources to meet and exceed targets. As the Digital Application Administrator at Tipco Technologies, you’ll play a vital role in continually improving and enhancing our digital application, including Salesforce, Mulesoft, and Unilog eCommerce. You’ll gather requirements, provide feedback, and design best practice solutions. We’re looking for a salesforce administrator who is looking to expand their role experience and impact to supporting all digital applications reporting to the Chief Digital Officer. You are a proactive individual who is comfortable managing Salesforce administration tasks, such as user management, configuration, and building reports and dashboards. You are excited at the opportunity to manage multiple applications in a dispersed, high growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer Salesforce, including user access, security settings, and application configuration.
Learn and administer additional applications i.e. Mulesoft and Unilog eCommerce
Administer users’ permissions on objects, fields, and reports.
Manage the installation and maintenance of applications within Salesforce.
Translate business requirements into optimized solutions, implement new features & feature retirements, maintain function/feature longevity, structured objects/fields/values, background processes & automation, standardized development procedures, and integrations
Implement and maintain middleware application between Salesforce and other applications (Prophet 21, Power BI, and others)
Define use reporting requirements and implement Salesforce operational reporting
Work with business teams to define Partners for Profit reporting packages within Salesforce
Build and maintain Tipco Sales Playbook
Monitor system performance and identify issues.
Develop and deliver end user training for new features and users
Work with business teams to define and improve user experience and adoption
Work with business teams to develop vertical market and company directed sales processes
Duties/responsibilities outside of, but related to, salesforce include maintaining visual sales territory maps/info, managing leads management system, programming & managing marketing automation system, data segmentation/targeting, general data processing, other data/system consultation.
Set and meet ambitious goals, consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
Work autonomously to prioritize tasks and manage projects with little direction, demonstrating a high level of accountability.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, taking the initiative to implement changes and optimize workflows.
Communicate progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Salesforce experience with relevant certifications
Strong experience with Salesforce administration tasks.
Ability to manage and work with 3rd party consultants
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Proven track record of delivering results in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
Exceptional self-management and time management skills, with the ability to stay organized and focused on priorities.
Ability to thrive in an independent work setting, while also contributing to team success when needed.
