Fandango is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Digital Assets & Metadata Coordinator to join our team in support of the Fandango at Home digital storefront. This position will report to the Retail Operations Manager and play a key role in managing the metadata and artwork assets for new and existing content across the Fandango at Home platform. From coordinating weekly content refreshes to maintaining the integrity of our library across the content lifecycle, this role ensures that titles are properly presented and discoverable for our customers.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Content Operations, or Asset Management—preferably within the TVOD or AVOD space. Familiarity with content availability specs, artwork standards, metadata entry workflows, and media supply chain processes is required. Experience with quick-turn environments, such as next-day TV or fast-paced release windows, is a plus.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about entertainment and eager to support our efforts in delivering best-in-class content presentation and discoverability.
