    Job Description

    Fandango is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Digital Assets & Metadata Coordinator to join our team in support of the Fandango at Home digital storefront. This position will report to the Retail Operations Manager and play a key role in managing the metadata and artwork assets for new and existing content across the Fandango at Home platform. From coordinating weekly content refreshes to maintaining the integrity of our library across the content lifecycle, this role ensures that titles are properly presented and discoverable for our customers.

    The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Content Operations, or Asset Management—preferably within the TVOD or AVOD space. A sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working across multiple systems and stakeholders are crucial, as this role collaborates cross-functionally to execute weekly content refreshes and metadata updates based on a master release calendar. Familiarity with content availability specs, artwork standards, metadata entry workflows, and media supply chain processes is required. Experience with quick-turn environments, such as next-day TV or fast-paced release windows, is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain content and metadata throughout the full digital content lifecycle.
    • Enter and validate descriptive metadata for new and existing film and television titles.
    • Ensure the accurate and timely presentation of content on the storefront, including artwork and metadata alignment.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to meet delivery deadlines and maintain release schedules.
    • Assist with encoding tasks and perform quality control checks as needed.
    • Special projects as required.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience in streaming media operations, digital content delivery, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and metadata workflows.
    • Solid understanding of Film/TV content delivery standards, including EMA specs and content lifecycle practices.
    • Proven ability to handle sensitive materials and maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Passion for film and television, with a working knowledge of the entertainment landscape.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365, including OneDrive and SharePoint.
    • Basic familiarity with Photoshop for light image editing or asset review.
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, quick-turn environments such as next-day TV or rapid release schedules.
    • Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring presentation excellence.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
    • Must be willing to work in the Los Angeles, CA, office
