    POSITION: Digital Channel Consultant

    FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Full Time

    LOCATION: Charlotte, NC OR Newark, DE OR Boston MA

    SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8:30am-5:30pm; May occasionally need evening or weekend work

    ASSIGNMENT: 11/04/2024 to 10/31/2025

    PAY RANGE: $45 -50 hourly

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Seeking a Digital Channel Consultant for our award-winning digital banking 31 million mobile users.
    • The Digital Channel Consultant will be responsible for measuring and reporting on campaign performance, providing operational support of highly visible onsite and mobile marketing campaigns, via our workflow management tool, as well as provide leadership performance updates by channel, highlighting insights and key learnings with business partners and across our Digital Marketing team.
    • Candidate will support various lines of business, monitoring, and optimization of marketing campaigns, within online banking and the mobile app.
    • Candidate should have strong organizational, project management, relationship management, and QA skills.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns throughout every step of the process
    • Working with team members from various departments
    • Maintaining and establishing routines for optimizing and improving channel management and performance
    • On-time delivery of routine deliverables and performance reports
    • Performance reporting and analysis along with providing recommendations for campaign optimization
    • Identify and recommend improvement of existing reporting routines
    • Directly interface with program manager partners for campaign strategy, development, and platform enhancements.
    • Present regularly on weekly merchandising forum and monthly business review forums to entire digital team and partner organizations
    • Flexibility to support work requests on nights and weekends, if needed

     

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience analyzing metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, CTR, etc.
    • A/B testing experience
    • Experience calculating statistical significance
    • Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), Adobe Photoshop knowledge and experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) a plus
    • Experience in Workflow Management Tool (JIRA or other) is a plus
    • Understanding of Chrome developer tools and extensions to troubleshooting targeting, tracking and page tags.
    • Experience with mobile marketing is a plus
    • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
    • eCommerce, digital, onsite, interactive media background
    • QA testing and validation experience
    • Content management system experience
    • Optimization within eCommerce or digital marketing
    • Spanish speaker a plus

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong project management skills
    • Demonstrated success in executing complex, detailed tasks quickly and accurately
    • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines
    • Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
    • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely
    • Proactive, self-starter who shows initiative and ability to drive results
    • Process and systems knowledge used for marketing asset execution
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
    • Develop presentation materials
    • Excellent time-management skills
    • Must be detail-oriented

     

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs
    • Use of computers and technology
