As a Digital Content & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in amplifying our mission, connecting with patients, and fostering community engagement through innovative and impactful digital storytelling.
This position may have remote work requirements and is subject to all current CMS vaccine mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement dynamic social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with patients, community partners, and stakeholders.
Create and curate compelling digital content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters, to raise awareness and promote our healthcare services.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages with professionalism and empathy.
Oversee and maintain the organization's website, ensuring accessibility, up-to-date content, and an engaging user experience.
Manage Google accounts, including monitoring and responding to reviews, optimizing Google My Business listings, and improving search visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals, patient outreach initiatives, and public health campaigns.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote services, events, and educational initiatives while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
Analyze social media, website, and digital marketing performance using analytics tools to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media partners for promotional materials and campaign execution.
Support community outreach efforts, including health fairs, patient education initiatives, and public health awareness events.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about using digital platforms to drive meaningful engagement and support community health initiatives.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, or communications.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
Experience managing websites, social media accounts, and digital marketing tools.
Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Familiarity with Google My Business, SEO, and social media analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment and engage with diverse communities.
Preferred:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
