Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Remote Digital EHS Implementation Expert to support our Kansas City, MO location. Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Coordinate and lead technical implementation of projects of varying complexity.
• Manage complex configuration and/or implementation across multiple modules of one solution and/or multiple vendor product suites (Enablon, Essential Suite).
• Lead requirements gathering, run gap analysis workshops and multi-module demonstrations in person and remotely.
• Meet with clients to identify risks and provide status updates.
• Work with vendors on bugs and enhancement requests.
• Support training to and oversight of work being performed by junior technical staff.
• Works with clients on EHS requirements and workflows.
• Flexible work location, with travel inside Canada and United States.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, STEM degrees or a related field +6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.
• Valid Driver’s License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of MIS/EHS related experience
• Experience with MIS/EHS software applications such as Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, EtQ, etc.
• Business analysis experience and/or certification
• Knowledge of software implementation life cycle and agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience with MS SharePoint and MS Visio
• Knowledge/experience in conducting client training
• Knowledge/experience with SQL Scripting
• Knowledge/experience with MS VBA coding

Additional Information

• Ability to travel to client meetings up to 15% of the time.
• Relocation is not available for this position.
