Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, Analyst reporting to the Director of Demand Gen Analytics, you will use a data analysis approach to assess marketing success, develop and track objectives and key results, and optimize future campaign tactics. You will manage the collection, reporting, and analysis of data, including gathering digital channel and events metrics and PR/Comms initiatives to showcase the success of campaigns and overarching marketing initiatives. This role will assist with assessment of spend results and track progress against business goals and estimated projections. Additionally, you will use the data to identify optimization opportunities to improve performance and impact broader business focus areas.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications/journalism, 1-2 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred) or marketing communications. This candidate has to be a self-starter, manage multiple deliverables and have strong written and verbal presentation abilities. Additionally, we’re looking for strong analytical and optimization skills to align global best practices and strategic priorities among marketers, business leaders and agency partners, and the ability to create an environment where all are encouraged to constructively challenge ideas/decisions.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000-90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
