Job Description
The Digital Marketing Associate plays a critical role in the management and execution of digital media campaigns across M3 USA companies. This individual will report into the Director of Growth Marketing and collaborate closely on campaign initiatives that include: audience testing, copywriting, creative testing and overall channel optimization. This role requires an excitement for learning more about digital marketing and a willingness to test and learn. The individual must be highly organized and have strong communication skills as this role is highly collaborative across teams at M3 USA.
Essential Job functions:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Draft social media content for paid ads. Creative ideation based on extensive consumer and competitor research.
- Develop and manage organic content strategy.
- Execute acquisition and reactivation marketing strategies
- Optimize the conversion funnel to improve user engagement and increase conversion rates. Understand where and when to place ads to maximize their effectiveness, optimizing for different media channels and platforms.
- Identify and segment target audiences using market research and customer insights to optimize messaging and campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs, utilizing analytics tools and customer data to refine and optimize acquisition marketing strategies.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize messaging, creative, targeting, and channel selection, driving continuous improvement in acquisition marketing performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure that acquisition marketing efforts remain current and effective.
- Ensure that all acquisition marketing campaigns adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and brand guidelines by maintaining compliance and brand alignment.
