    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team in New York City. This role is pivotal in driving our digital presence and ensuring a cohesive online experience for our audience. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of rebuilding our website (www.socotec.us), optimizing it for both design and performance, SEO strategy, while managing social media channels and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Web Management:

    • Overhaul the company website by collaborating with internal teams, both at Local Level (US) and Group Level (France)
    • Manage the project workflow, set timelines, track progress, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
    • Regularly update and optimize website content for accuracy, SEO, and user experience.
    • Conduct audits to ensure all links, forms, and digital assets function correctly.

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
    • Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
    • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve strategies and increase ROI.
    • Monitor our e-reputation using tools like Talkwalker, Digimind or Mention.

    Content Creation:

    • Assist in crafting digital content, including blogs, email campaigns, and multimedia assets.
    • Maintain a consistent tone, style, and branding across all digital platforms.

    Performance Reporting

    • Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs for the website, social media, and other digital initiatives.
    • Use data-driven insights to improve digital strategies and measure ROI.
    • Present regular updates to the leadership team

    Perform all other duties as assigned by your manager or supervisor

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proven experience in webmastering, with a strong Ux sensibility.
    • Proficiency in web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
    • Proficiency in SEO principles, best practices and tools and webmastering platforms.
    • Open mind towards innovation, demonstrates a proactive approach particularly in the context of the current AIOverview landscape.
    • Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
    • Experience managing corporate social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
