Overview of Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, take on new challenges, and contribute to a variety of digital marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting our team by managing campaigns, creating content, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
What you’ll own
- Oversee and execute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, SEO, and social media
- Draft, edit, and schedule content for email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions
- Assist in overseeing digital advertising efforts, such as Google Ads, with guidance from the team (preferred skill)
- Collaborate with team members to create, curate, and post content on social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO strategies to optimize website traffic and performance
- Analyze marketing performance data and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
- Support the marketing team with various tasks as needed, including assisting with events, administrative duties, and other projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and suggest innovative strategies for improvement
Experience and skills you’ll have
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or related fields (internships or academic projects will be considered).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, or similar) is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media management
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required
