    The Digital Marketing Manager will expand and enhance our digital marketing presence with a focus on social media management to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. Creativity and a passion for social media and digital content will be key.

    What you'll do:

    Create and execute marketing content strategies leveraging digital marketing, paid & organic, eCommerce & social media channels.

    Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven decisions.

    Develop and manage the social media calendar and collaborate with members of the marketing team to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content to drive awareness and increase brand visibility.

    Actively monitor and engage our audience across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube in a timely and professional manner.

    Provide clear and concise reporting to internal teams including Marketing, Sales and Administration regarding campaign performance.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools and best practices. Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.

    What you’ll need:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Analytics, or related field required.

    5+ years of relevant experience specifically with PPC. GA4 Certified highly preferred. Hub Spot Certification would be a plus.

    Familiarity with website builds and graphic design would be a plus.

    Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and have a proactive & results-driven mindset.

    Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Strong computer skills, time-management skills, organizational skills and the ability to analyze & interpret data.

    Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
