    We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to aid in the oversight and management of our relationships with external agency partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality digital marketing services to our franchise network. This role will involve collaborating closely with franchisees and third-party agencies to ensure that marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives align with both brand standards and franchisee needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, experience in managing agency relationships, and a deep understanding of how to support franchisee success.

    This position requires an understanding of multiple marketing and digital tactics. The ideal candidate must be flexible, as the day-to-day responsibilities will vary with evolving departmental and company-wide objectives.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Serve as one of the primary liaisons between the GSSF and our digital marketing agencies, ensuring that agency partners understand brand standards and franchisee service expectations.

    Oversee agency performance and ensure that digital marketing campaigns, strategies, and activities align with the overall brand objectives and franchisee requirements.

    Foster strong, long-term relationships with both agency partners and franchisees to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

    Analyze campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are optimized and error-free.

    Collaborate with internal departments to resolve questions, mediate concerns, and support the school’s overall success.

    Educate franchisees about digital marketing initiatives, strategies, and campaigns.

    Stay updated on digital marketing trends and innovations, ensuring that franchisees benefit from the latest tools and strategies available in the industry.

    Assist with team projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    BS in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field

    Strong understanding of paid digital marketing channels, including paid search (PPC), social media and display advertising.

    Previous experience managing and overseeing relationships with external agencies or vendors, with a focus on ensuring service excellence.

    Strong knowledge of analytics, ad management, and reporting tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to monitor campaign performance.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate marketing data and strategies into clear recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.

    Desired Skills and Abilities:

    Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a franchise, large in-house team or agency management environment.

    Strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Experience with Mac-based environment and G-suite preferred
