    Position: Digital Marketing Manager Las Vegas Office

    Reports to: Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Consultant

    FLSA: Full-Time Exempt

    Job Summary

    This role drives strategic development and growth across key digital marketing channels, including but not limited to: website management, SEO, paid digital advertising, social media, online ordering, third-party platforms, CRM (rewards, email, text), and gift card initiatives. You'll bring analytical insights and strategic recommendations to the table, helping us optimize our approach to drive brand awareness and sales across all digital platforms. Additionally, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative Marketing Team, working together to develop and launch impactful programs that resonate with our audience.

    Job Responsibilities

    Website

    · Manage the website and direct agencies on performance improvement, creative updates, and compliance.

    · Oversee SEO optimization based on website development with measurable goals for improvements.

    · Review the online menu and ordering platform for strategic growth.

    · Provide insights to enhance online ordering management, increasing add-on sales and growing check sizes.

    · Regularly update the site with new promotions and featured menu items.

    WahlClub / CRM

    · Oversee the WahlClub program, managing offers, messaging, and segmentation through the Punchh or other third-party platforms to drive customer loyalty across email and white-label app deployments.

    · Plan and schedule two targeted messages per week to share brand news, exclusive collaborations, and product offers, enhancing engagement for all restaurants (dine-in, take-out, delivery, catering) and Wahlburgers at-home options.

    · Analyze competitor programs and provide monthly reporting on WahlClub campaign impact, using insights to develop quarterly promo plans that foster continued growth and engagement.

    SEO, Location Pages, Listings Accuracy

    · Manage location stats and listings via tabs, local pages, apps, and websites.

    · Update and optimize presence on Google, Yelp, and other digital channels.

    Third Party Delivery + Catering Partners

    · Develop marketing partnerships to drive sales through third-party apps.

    · Provide analysis on campaign effectiveness with monthly ROI and third-party reports.

    · Recommend continuation or changes to sales-building programs based on data and performance.

    Social Media

    · Execute social media strategy by collaborating with the internal marketing team and social media agency to align with brand goals and drive engagement across key platforms.

    · Manage the content calendar and coordinate with the social media team to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns that support marketing initiatives.

    · Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine strategies, optimize engagement, and support brand growth.

    · Provide guidelines and monitor franchisees’ individual social pages.

    Gift Card Sales

    · Drive gift card sales by implementing in-store merchandising, campaigns, best practices, developing team member contests, and evaluating potential partnerships with outside retailers to expand distribution.

    · Analyze gift card performance, using insights to optimize promotions and identify new opportunities.

    Brand Marketing Team Support

    · Support the management of system-wide campaigns and promotions.

    · Collaborate directly with the marketing team and external agencies/teams to develop strategies and tactics to drive sales for the brand.

    · Assist with gathering competitive and market research to help support strategic decision-making.

    Skills + Qualifications

    · Bachelor's degree required

    · Three or more years of digital marketing experience required

    · Current or previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Specialist, or higher role in the hospitality and/or retail sectors is highly preferred

    · Thrives at the intersection of marketing, business, and technology

    · Experience with content management systems and an understanding of common publishing needs

    · Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendor partners

    · Proficient knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including digital experience management, multi-channel marketing, marketing operations, and customer data management

    · Office-based role at the regional office in Las Vegas, Nevada

    · Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills

    · Strong project and time management skills

    · Strong organizational skills

    · Budget management experience

    · Computer proficiency with common office software
