The Digital Marketing Manager manages the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to fulfill the vision for achieving consistent branding, sales, and profitability goals. The person in this role has an eye for what will appeal to our prospects and customers and uses an innovative eCommerce-based approach to increase customer engagement. Collaborates internally and with outside agencies and virtual assistants to initiate and manage creative designs, marketing campaigns and evaluate success metrics.
This role will coordinate digital marketing efforts geared to attract new customers, increase current customer engagement, promote products, and optimize the online experience. This includes developing new and engaging digital content and launching email, SMS and digital advertising campaigns on a regular basis.
You are a critical thinker that is authentic, tenacious, selfless, possesses a unique ability, and is on the ball. This candidate will work collaboratively with multiple business functions in a team environment and will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead email and SMS marketing campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage e-mail and SMS marketing campaigns, subscriber databases and flows, and content while analyzing campaign performance.
Manage advertising campaigns: Oversee social media (Facebook) and search engine (Google) ads, creating ads, videos, and graphics, and optimizing ad spend for better conversions.
Drive website and SEO performance: Update the corporate website, focus on SEO, CRO, and improve organic search rankings.
Build and manage influencer and affiliate partnerships: Coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to execute impactful influencer campaigns.
Provide data-driven insights and reporting: Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights aligned with business goals to optimize marketing efforts. Maintain weekly supplier data/scorecards and contribute to quarterly leadership reviews.
Qualifications:
eCommerce & Marketing Technologies: Proficiency with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Lifetimely, Yotpo, and Google Analytics.
Digital Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience managing projects within digital marketing environments.
Team Leadership: Proven experience as an individual contributor and in leading local and/or virtual teams.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of professional sports, teams, and athletes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
